• Scan data — barcodes you scan and products you look up (stored locally in your browser)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the Nomlie scanner service
• Send you updates about the Nomlie app launch (if you opted in)
• Analyze aggregate usage to improve product features

3. Data Storage & Security

Your scan history is stored locally on your device using browser storage. Waitlist email addresses are stored securely on our servers. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Nomlie uses the Open Food Facts API to retrieve product information. When you scan a barcode, that barcode number is sent to Open Food Facts to retrieve product data. No personal information is shared with this service.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your email from our waitlist at any time
• Clear your local scan history through your browser settings
• Opt out of communications by unsubscribing from any email
